Your biography of Mr. Wright was excellent, informative, and very well written. I was delighted at several of the points you made. For example, you noted that, as a historian Mr. Wright isn't afforded the luxury of appealing to the authority of scripture. You successfully put into words an especially pertinent point that I have thought but have been unable to put into words regarding his writing. Thanks for writing this biography. It was very helpful! Be blessed.

I'm a first time commentator, but just wanted to say, that I'm almost at the end of your book "Simple Christian" which my pastor/son recommended and I think it's superb. I thank God and His Son Jesus Christ for granting me the blessing of reading your writings.
Would love to hear from you when you find the time.

[...] As the only evangelical college at Oxford, Turnbull sees Wycliffe Hall as a strategic international center for Evangelical orthodoxy. Part of the reason for his visit to Orlando is to initiate a relationship with RTS Orlando students who benefit from the graduate and post-graduate programs Wycliffe offers. (Interesting side note: Both Michael Horton and N. T. Wright did their doctoral studies at Wycliffe.) [...]

The fifth chapter on "Jesus and God" in NT Wright's The Challenge of Jesus" applies even more now than when it was written in 1999.
What a great biographical Note!

Wonderful bio of a man after God's own heart.Reminds me of some of La Vern Fromke's works concerning how we approach our Christianity--God-centered or self-centered. The only way to grasp hold of our walk with the Lord is to search the Scriptures from God's viewpoint rather than our own. Great handling of NT Wright's life.
